Bug Description
It may be helpful to users to give them a warning when STEREO data from one STEREO spacecraft is combined with other data. This is because data from one STEREO spacecraft are taken from a different line of sight compared to other spacecraft, and the composite image/movie may not be physically informative. Such a warning may cut down on the number of movies made that are not physically informative. The warning could take the place of a pop-up dialog with the following text
Warning: combining STEREO data with data taken from instruments viewing the Sun from other line-of-sights may give results that are not physically informative. Click here for more details.
The dialog would have to be closed manually. There is also a link to a full explanation of what the warning means.
Such functionality would also help inform our users as to the variety and nature of solar data and spacecraft.
Thanks!
