Bug Description
I was able to create and download a movie from hv.org to my phone. Since phone screens are much smaller than laptops, tablets, etc, the spatial resolution of a movie is not necessary for a phone. It might be desirable to tailor the spatial resolution of the movie to the resolution of the device. This might be achievable by having movie encoding profiles that depend on the requesting browser, assuming that the browser knows about the device it is on.
