Bug Description
A user has requested that we add an option of having movie durations of one hour. This is because some events are short enough that a one hour duration is sufficient to convey all that needs to be seen. Further, for AIA data, it would mean that only 100 frames of data are required, cutting down usage of limited resources server side.
