Add image attribution to about dialog

as appropriate, with all acronyms linkable to the appropriate page.

After consultation with colleagues, perhaps a more appropriate attribution would be to the organization that funded the development of the mission as opposed to those that executed the construction of the mission. Therefore for SDO data, the credit line would read

Credit: NASA (SDO)

and if LASCO data were on screen at the same time as SDO data, then one would have

Credit: NASA (SDO), ESA/NASA (SOHO)
