Bug Description
Currently WebM videos produced for streaming in the browser may exceed 100M. While this would be okay for downloading, for in-browser video this is much too large and the encoding parameters should be adjusted so that smaller files are generated.

Filesize now down to ~60M and less (most are several Mb or smaller).
