Provide an option to download data using the VSO

Add an icon, either at the layer-level, or page-level which makes it easier to request original data using the VSO. A dialog could be displayed with some options (e.g. time range) to use for the query, and results can be displayed directly in the dialog.

Another option would be to open a pre-filled VSO search form.

Might be better to access the VSO by generating downloadable SunPy and SSWIDL code snippets instead.
