Bug Description

When clicking on the "YouTube" icon, instead of bringing up the Helioviewer YouTube channel, display a gallery of user-submitted videos (e.g. helioviewer.org/gallery).

Couple possible UIs:

1) Display a grid of evenly-spaced thumbnails. Mousing-over or clicking on a thumbnail opens up a pop-up video player.
2) Have a strip of thumbnails at the bottom of the page and a player at the top/middle of the page.

In either case it should be possible to view older/newer videos, and also filter based on time/layer, etc.

Suggested development phases:

Phase I:

1) Add support for regenerating movies and preview thumbnails that have been aged off the disk.
2) Decide how to handle movies in the cache vs. those that are no longer in cache but can be regenerated:
   * Should we indicate (e.g. using thumbnail border color or an icon) which videos are immediately available and which ones are "archived" (not in cache anymore) and would need to be regenerated?
   * If a 'random movie' option is provided in the future to allow users to help categorize and tag older videos, should we preferentially display movies in the cache to avoid making users wait each time? E.g. perhaps each random video could have a 20 or 25% chance of being an "archive" video?
3) Create a simple UI to browse existing videos based on time, region of interest, spatial scale and data source.
4) Allow (anonymous) tagging from a pre-chosen list of tags? (e.g. "flare", "active region", "transit", "eclipse", etc?)
5) Allow (anonymous) rating (e.g. 1-5 stars)

Phase II:

1) Create a user account system and link generated movies to the user's account.
2) Rank users based on the # of videos uploaded and the "quality" (weight average rating) of the videos uploaded, also could rate users on citizen science stats, e.g.: how many videos have they tagged (along with % of tags deemed "good")
3) Enable user's to share their stats on other sites such as Facebook.
