Bug Description

Using either launchpadlib <https://help.launchpad.net/API>, the
Launchpad Email Interface
<https://help.launchpad.net/Bugs/EmailInterface>, or another something
similar, add a simple popup form to Helioviewer.org to allow users to
submit bugs and feature-requests without having to first create/login to
a Launchpad account.

Note: Use reCAPTCHA (http://www.google.com/recaptcha) to validate submissions on client-side. Also, include a mechanism to disable/enable this on the server-side.
