Bug Description

When automatically choosing a window and cadence for which to generate a movie in Helioviewer, if the user is currently viewing near real-time data, instead of generating a movie centered about the current request time, a movie should be generated which *ends* at that time.

More generally, the algorithm should attempt to generate a movie center about the current request time, but be flexible enough to shift either forward or back in time depending on where the user is within the set of available data.
