Bug Description
Ok, so when the pop-up bubbles become active on clicking on label , so they remain on screen like the information bubble in Google maps, how about having the ability to pass any time (start time, end time, etc) that is mentioned in that bubble as the new observation time for HelioViewer. The pop-up bubble would then be destroyed, and the HelioViewer jumps to that new Observation Time. This would make surfing around in time to the start/end of events much easier. Thanks!

Sure thing. The plugin I'm using at the moment to handle popup bubbles does not allow for activation on click. I'm working to see if that is something that will be added in the near future. If not I will work on it myself, at which point making the start and end dates clickable will be easy. I'll keep you posted.
