[feature request] Show where users have made movies

Bug Description
Users make movies and share them. We could indicate where these movies are in the helioviewer.org movie window. The indicator would be a marker, different from existing feature and event markers, that indicate that a movie has been made here. The spatial location of the marker would be the middle of the field of view of the movie, at the mid-time of the movie. The marker would not move when the user skips backwards and forwards in time
The movie marker would be shown when the requested time lies inside the range of the movie. Clicking on the marker would pop up a window that shows the same screenshot that is used in the right and User-Generated movie column. Also shown would be the start and end times of the movie. Clicking on that image would link you to the YouTube movie shared by the user.
This would be a way of showing, as a function of space and time, the movies shared by users of helioviewer.org.
