SDO AIA 304 movies will not process

I have been trying for days to download movies from the SDO AIA 304 camera. It says it is processing the movie which will be available soon (processing time ranges from 5 minutes to several hours). Then nothing happens. I have had it open for about 6 hours now for movies that were meant to take 5 minutes. I have tried refreshing, opening in a new window, etc but nothing is happening. Any information or tips you could give me would be much appreciated. The browser I use is the latest updated version of Firefox, on a PC using Windows 7 64 bit.

If you are facing errors while downloading movies from SDO, you can <a href="https://www.pikashow4k.com/pikashow-app-download/"> download movies using Pikashow</a>. I have used Pikashow APK in 2024, and you can watch movies online and also download them.
