processing taking much longer than advertized

Bug Description
When trying to make a movie the program tells me that I will take a few minutes but processes for hours. I put in 3 videos to process 2 hours ago and they stillare not back. From the "Recently Shared" it seems that others are suffering the same problem

I confirm this problem.
Since yesterday, only 4 of the 9 movie requests were executed (after considerable wait).
The other 5 are still processing...
The problem does not seem to be related any particular wavelength (e.g. one AIA304 movie OK, another did not process), and all movie requests were for one wavelength (no combo).
