Bug Description
Browsing the various tabs would be easier if the tab header remained fixed whilst scrolling through the entries underneath. That way the user can easily switch between tabs.
Also, the HEK F/E entry often stores references to other pieces of information online. A "References" tab would be useful to collect those links and references in one place.

+ Re-built the JQuery UI Dialogs. The tabs within now stay fixed at the top such that they are always visible when scrolling.
+ Added a button to Show/Hide the rows of empty HEK data.
- Still need to add a "References" tab containing the thumbnails and links from the "refs" data structure.
