Bug Description
The tab "Detection Method" - change to "Recognition Method", in line with how the HEK uses FRMs.
The title of the full information method - I wonder if this should be the same as the title in the pop-up window. This makes it easier to follow which full information window is with which F/E marker and pop-up window.

+ HEK information dialog tab "Detection Method" has been renamed to "Recognition Method".
+ HEK information dialgo title bar is now populated with the same title as the pop-up window, instead of the value of kb_archivid.
