Bug Description

parameter "timeout_mins" is not available when update a stack,updater will get 'timeout' from the current_stack in db.

This is a duplicate of bug #1290603 - can you please proposed the fix to that bug instead?

Note I closed this as the duplicate because there is more discussion related to the solution in #1290603, looking at the dates it seems I was the one who raised a duplicate ;)
