heat-translator failed: - argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable

Hi all,
I am posting the same bug here as tacker, they are pointing me here as this is heat translator error.

this is my environment
1. packstack ocata
2. tacker ocata

I am able to start the instance with tacker template. However, if I include policy for auto scaling, I got error as below, logfile attached

Hi,

I got the same issue. I am using OpenStack ocata and successfully created some example VNFs (by success I mean the vnf is active after creation). I am trying the scaling example now. Got this error: "heat-translator failed: - argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable ".

Any suggestions?
