Sync up network examples with the latest spec

    - Network 1: Server bound to a new network
    - Network 2: Server bound to an existing network

    Update network examples to the spec (1)

    Update network exmaples to match the latest spec, except for
    short definitions of binding and link properties.

    Also, update unit tests for these examples to verify the full
    template translation.
