F18 image TDL's don't build reliably

Building the F18 images using heat_jeos.sh is not reliable, with intermittent (or persistent for some people) failures, with an anaconda traceback which halts the install.

The problem is described in this BZ, and is fixed in Fedora (but not in the release DVD).

The easiest workaround I can find is to use the netinst ISO instead of the DVD (which uses the fixed curl version mentioned in the bug above)

    Fix F18 oz-install failures

    F18 builds are unreliable (or for some people don't work at all),
    this seems due to the following bug:

    The simplest workaround is to use the netinst ISO instead of the DVD
    so we pick up the newer curl package which fixes the problem
