Admin interface is difficult to understand

Bug Description
Today's admin interface has a lot of editable fields that we may not want people to edit, and some gigantic textboxes that could probably be a lot smaller.
We should fix this so other people can use Harvest's admin page in the future :)

One thing here that may be an issue is that every field is editable. The active and last_updated fields are both changed by Harvest's management functions. Should these also be editable in the admin interface?
