Bug Description
Often times new potential contributors don't know or care about where they contribute, they just want to get started with something. Having a page on Harvest that would randomly serve them just one bitesized bug would make this easier, and won't overwhelm them with a huge list of choices. Every time the page is loaded a different bitesized bug would be shown.
Ideally the page would have the bug title & description, project it's assigned to, and if possible the programming language of the project. Then buttons below for "Show me another for this project" or "No thanks, show me something different".
