Harvest lists opportunities which likely are not real opportunities

I noticed that Harvest seems to display opportunities which may not be real opportunities at all where fixes are already committed:

Example # 2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-network/+bug/677951 (In Progress)
Example # 3 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/onboard/+bug/833873 (Fix Committed)

Just seems to me it might be more fruitful for those interested in contributed if they were not given opportunities that are either going to be a waste of time due to them being in progress or having a fix already committed.

This seems to be more of a problem with the data provide to Harvest itself.
