Bug Description

I just tried Harpia in Lucid.

This is my first time using Harpia, so I tried the Help -> Examples. After pressing F9, then double clicking a 'Show Image' block, I get an error message about how it couldn't compile.

The important part of the error message for the Hello World example is: 'too few arguments to function 'cvSaveImage''.

The error message in the Delayed Color Channels example is: 'too few arguments to function 'cvRetrieveFrame''.

Hello Chris,

probably you are using Opencv 2.0 or latest. These versions have some extra arguments in specific functions. Then to solve this you can use our fix file that was attached on report bug #480772 ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/harpia/+bug/480772 ).
We will working to make Harpia compatible with the newest version of Opencv. For now you have to use the patch to solve this.

Best regards,
Harpia team.

Also, note that opencv 2.0 is the one in the lucid repositories so yes, this is an ugly bug but it will be solved shortly.

Hi rfwendling,

You're correct, I have libcv-dev version 2.0.0-3ubuntu2 installed. I should have spotted that before I opened this bug report, I've just marked it as a duplicate.

I just tried it on my Karmic laptop, it looks good :).
