Bug Description

Please backport Dansguardian Content scanner version 2.10.x to Hardy LTS.

NTLM support is required to prevent people from sniffing authentication passwords, the latest versions of Dans on Ubuntu cannot adequatly support NTLM and SSL , 2.10.x fixes many of these issues, the latest version as of this request is 2.10.0.3

2.9 is considered unstable from upstream developer and has many problems.
2.8, previous stable, lacks many features like AV scanning so 2.10 is the only option.
2.10 was released 10 months ago and works fine.
