Is there any chance the xen 3.3 hypervisor could be backported to hardy?

I don' t think it's very likely. Ubuntu folks don't seem very interested in supporting Xen.

xen 3.3 was marked Ok to Backport. Now its waiting on the backport admins and archive admins to do it.
