Bug Description

Is there any chance to get the 1.1.x release of Dovecot backported to Hardy?

I've tested this one. It builds, but doesn't install due to versioning requirement on lsb-base. It should work if that requirement is relaxed, but a core-dev will have to do the changes and upload to the PPA to test.

Marking Incomplete.

Will be a great addition for hardy based mail servers, because contains important upgrades in nfs support and performance.

I would like to vote for this too. The sql quota backend has been fixed in the 1.1 series and the changes cannot be backported to 1.0x

Built and tested with prevu under hardy. Works fine. The lsb-base issue noted above isn't really a problem any more, as hardy-updates has a suitable lsb-base package.

I have been running the prevu build in a production environment for two months now, and it works great. Can we please get this confirmed?
