Please backport screenie-qt from Intrepid to hardy

Hi,

i packaged screenie-qt for intrepid already there i can use it.
I think it would be great if the hardy users could use the program too.

Information:
 Screenie a small tool to allow you to compose a fancy and stylish screenshots.
 It is cross-platform (for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X) and very easy to use.

Hi,

i changed the following things, the most important thing is: it depends on libqt4-dev from the backports, so it needs qt4.4

oh sorry, i made the diff in the wrong way, the first dsc was my second and the other way round, sorry
but you know that it is not much work, and it runs with these litle changes.

If it needs 4.4, then that should be in the Intrepid package too. Please
update that first.
