Bug Description
The hamlet engine needs support for canopy clustering. This is not implemented in the weka so it will need to be done in house.

Since canopy clustering is primarily a preprocessing step for k-means clustering, it was necessary to first implement that. Kmeans is now working and the canopy clusterer should be added within the next week.
