Allow opening directly to particular documents

Bug Description

If I already have a Google Doc ID or URL (like https://docs.google.com/document/d/XXXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/edit), I should be able to launch GWoffice directly to that document from the command line, like:
  gwoffice XXXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
or
  gwoffice https://docs.google.com/document/d/XXXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/edit

My main interest here is in supporting GWoffice as my preferred Google Docs launcher from the Unity Dash: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/1063529
