Bug Description

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 64bit
DE: Gnome Shell Classic with Compiz and Avan Window Navigator
GTK Theme: Radiance
Graphics card: Nvidia GT520 with nvidia binary drivers.

Output on opening new session and trying to create new Document:

NOTES: It seems to manage to create "Untitled Document" to Google documents before crashing.

Could you run "gdb gwoffice" in your terminal? Next type "run", which will start the program, then reproduce the crash, type "bt" and copy everything from your terminal over here.

Ah, thanks aleksi, that one really helped.
As a hotfix you could try disabling the theme-editor setting in the preferences, would be great if you can tell me if this would fix the issue.
So your theme was Radiance when this crash happens? Maybe you could also try some other theme.

Yes it works with theme-editor disabled, i tried both Ambiance and Adawaita theme and they both had the same issue.

I had the same issue with Peppermint OS. GWoffice would crash on creating a new document. For one reason and another I ended up installing the libcurl3 package and this fixed it.
