Non square avatars have random pixel background

When twitter avatar is not square, then in message list it have random background (pixel fuzz).

Yes I'm able to reproduce it every time. See at avatar for @g1uth in Twitter and gwibber. It is not square and in gwibber it is displayed incorrectly.

Look at the avatar size - non rectangular, in gwibber it looks like in the screenshot. Avatar is surrounded by incorrect background (in current version it is black with little fuzz, in older there was only fuzz).

can you give me a sample like the avatar should be like this a screenshot from the twutter and please mention the bug in the screenshot.
