gwibber doesn't quit when it should, notifications persist

When you select "Quit" from the File menu in Gwibber it should Quit, not close. Notifications persist even after the app has been exited (quit). Using Gnome 3 Shell. There should be a way to quit Gwibber completely from the menu options.

it is still not quiting in ubuntu 12.04 using gnome-shell from ricotz/testing ppa !

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better,
as i understand the reporter wants to say that the quite works like as pause option and didn't close the gwibber screen.

thanks for the bug report i have also seen this bug..its status should'nt be wishlist.. its a bug.
a bug has been fixed same as before but it appear again and i am able to reproduce it. see
i have selected quite with 2 ways but gwibber does not quite,
1). right click on the launcher icon and select quite,
2).gwibber ==> quite
so its reproduce able.. it get updated after 3-4 minutes after we have quite it.
