Bug Description
Using the daily builds PPA, Gwibber recently acquired new scrolling behaviour, namely moving to the next tweet on the scroll. I can understand how some people might prefer that (though it is a tad annoying for people who scroll while reading, like me), but it has one annoying side effect: if a Tweet stretches beyond the confines of the window, there is no way to read it apart from resizing the window, which might not always be an option and shouldn't be required anyway. See the attached screenshot for an example - scrolling moves the half-visible Tweet to above the window borders, making the bottom half unreadable.
This could be solved either by reverting to normal scrolling behaviour, or, if this behaviour is kept (preferably as an option, but well ;-), to apply normal scrolling behaviour when a currently visible message doesn't fit in the window.
