Gear Button not Working

Bug Description

When clicking the gear button next to the reply button the expected behaviour of a pop-up with options such as "re-tweet" does not occur. Clicking this button has no discernible effect on my system.

I am currently running Gwibber 2.29.1 from the Launchpad PPA on a fairly vanilla Ubuntu 9.10
