DBus type info for URLShorten service

The type info for the URLShorten D-Bus service still shows variants for "shorten()" and "isShort()", this means it can't be used remotely (easily) from C.

In addition to that, D-Bus method names should really be "IsShort" and "Shorten" (capital letters), otherwise libdbus won't like c-type langs connect to them easily.
