Facebook account creation dialog is displayed above Facebook authorization window

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Gwibber.
2. Choose to create a new Facebook account.
3. In the Facebook account creation dialog, click the button labeled "Authorize Gwibber".
4. The Facebook account authorization window opens underneath the account creation dialog, making it impossible to see the contents of this window on small screens.
The account authorization window should open above the account creation dialog.
