Bug Description

To reproduce:

0. Find a Twitter or identi.ca message containing an @name
1. Click on the @name (assuming it's linkified)

Expected results (as seen in Gwibber 1.x):

Gwibber opens a new substream under Twitter/identi.ca/whatever, makes that the active stream, and refreshes the stream so that you see messages from @name, and a summary up top with basic info like name, number of followers, and a link to their Twitter/identi.ca page.

Actual results (as seen in Gwibber 2):

Gwibber opens a new substream under Twitter/identi.ca/whatever, but does not make it the active stream. If you select it, you find that the stream has no messages until the periodic refresh occurs (in my case, this is 15 minutes). Once the messages are loaded, there is no basic info area at the top of the stream.
