Gwibber 2.0 has no 'loading'/'waiting' indicator

Bug Description
Earlier versions of Gwibber had a small spinning circle in the top right corner when Gwibber was loading content. I can't see anything like this on 2.0.
I miss that feature, it means that I don't know if Gwibber saw my Ctrl+R keypress, and it means that when I can see nothing but identi.ca results I can't tell if:
(a) Gwibber is still loading things from Twitter; or
(b) Gwibber has failed to load Twitter.
