Bug Description
If a hash tag in someone's tweet contains a German umlaut, the link stops before the umlaut. See attached screenshot.

I've got the same problem. This is quite annoying because if you want to read the tweets on a tag you always have to open the twitter page, log-in and so on. I'm using gwibber to avoid this.
