Bug Description
With the increasing number of apps spamming to twitter (and other micro-blogging services) it would be useful to have a filter for certain (user defined) keywords.
Right now I'm thinking of that #spymaster tag, but it will also be usable by those wanting to block Re-Tweets.
I've started implementing this in my branch, but don't have the UI. Anyone what to help with that?

There is a first working draft of this feature in lp:~human-microft/gwibber/custom.
Still need some help with gtk+ stuff.
