Bug Description

Twitter hashtags are not linked correctly when the hashtag contains an "umlaut" (äöü). For example the tag #daswetteristschön will be linked as #daswetteristsch - anything after the umlaut is ignored. Using Gwibber 0.9.2 on Ubuntu 8.04
