[wishlist] Option to show notifications only for Replies tab

Please add an option to show Bubles only on replys

Or alternatively, the same logic used in chat/irc applications, where notification only occurs when someone says your name. I agree that I'd like to get fewer notifications but simply choosing only replies would miss some that I'd like to see. For example:

A reply:
@newz2000: great idea!

Or just a casual mention:
@fred: you should talk to @newz2000 about that

(assuming that I'm following whoever replied to @fred of course)

@newz once bug 311899 is fixed, both replies and 'casual mentions' will appear in the Replies tab and so would be picked up by notification bubbles of the Replies tab
