[wishlist] select output service in runtime

Bug Description
similar to what PingFM does, an user could select the output service the current dent should use.
Example:
"@jk hi folks" would use jaiku
"@id i agree @mu" would go via identica
"@pi testing pingfm" would use the pingfm service.
