Bug Description

When gwibber combines dupe messages (awesome), it adds a little 'plus' logo to let you show the other messages. this is a confusing icon, because 'plus' is more likely to mean 'follow', and the tooltip is unclear (it's shows just the nick on mine, but i think that's actually the tooltip from the avatar).

perhaps a fairly conventional disclosure triangle would be a better choice, with a little bit of text to say 'show duplicate messages'?

(Oh yeah, the tooltip is just the tooltip used across the entire message.)

Perhaps the "..." icon used in the Gwilouche theme is fine?

How about replacing the Bluelines "+" icon with a "..."?
