[wishlist] Fullscreen mode

Bug Description

A fullscreen mode would be great. This would remove menu bar and go over any panels on the screen.

I hacked my /usr/share/pyshared/gwibber/client.py file on Karmic to add full screen mode. I need to figure out how to turn this into a proper patch and contribute it back, any help would be appreciated.

I had a go at merging my changes into the latest code and publishing it as a bzr branch
lp:~alan-dominux/gwibber/fullscreen

actually yes, I have updated the code based on the latest trunk, new branch is at https://code.launchpad.net/~alanbell/gwibber/oggcamp which includes the full screen mode and a new theme, which probably shouldn't be merged. http://www.theopensourcerer.com/2010/03/13/fun-with-gwibber-themes/
