Bug Description

This is my first draft at making gwibber localized. Obviously we need to change setup.py to handle this as well (more patches to come)

recent updates on http://planet.ubuntu.com/ have suggested that there may well be an internationalization blocker policy on GUI app inclusion in Ubuntu from jaunty onwards so it is probably quite high important to at least have the framework in place to allow translators to start work on this, even though the amount of translation itself is quite small
