Bug Description

Users wishing to uninstall Gwibber from their systems using Software Centre will search for Gwibber and click uninstall, expecting that to be sufficient to completely remove Gwibber and its plugins from their systems. Unfortunately, only the client will be removed and gwibber-service and any plugins installed will not be.

See http://askubuntu.com/questions/137580/gwibber-service-facebook-twitter-etc-updates-while-gwibber-is-unistalled/139365 for a typical user's expectations

Reopening as I think this problem raises an additional problem:

If Gwibber is uninstalled from the Software Centre and a user signed into Twitter receives a direct message then the indicator turns blue with no way to address it. As Gwibber is not installed the direct message cannot be viewed.

Ideally, removing the client should remove the service. This was tested in Ubuntu 12.04

There are multiple clients, gwibber and unity-lens-gwibber, both in the default install now. Plus any any other application that uses libgwibber. I am open to suggestions, but gwibber-service has to be able to be installed without the gwibber package.
