Block IDs must have the same length when uploading a large file in blocks

Bug Description

When uploading a ~ 60m file with:

UploadBlockBlob(container, name, file)

I'm getting the error:

"...The specified blob or block content is invalid..."

After some googling, I found this is caused because all BlockIDs must have the same length (see for a good description of the problem)

The fix is to add something like:

 blockID = fmt.Sprintf("%030s", blockID)

Thanks for the bug report. I'm guessing you're uploading bigger files than we did yet!
