copy file from smb share directly to bluetooth obex device

when i try directly copieng a file from an smb or ssh share to an obex bluetooth mobile phone i get the followed error message:

Thank you for helping with making Ubuntu better by reporting this bug.
This is most likely an issue with GVFS and I'm marking it as such. However, we do need some extra information before we can pass this bug report on to the developers.
What devices are you using? Does the bug occur every time you try to move a file from a non-regular(for gvfs) location to an obex:/// location? Any extra information about the circumstances would be very useful as well.

i have tried 2 sony ericcson (g502 and c702) with different file types => the same problem on both
yes it occurs always from an non gvfs location (tested: ssh and smb)
