Is anywhere promised that there is a Linux driver/free software driver for this printer? If yes, where?

I have a Epson Stylus photo 1390 printer and I installed CUPS and cups-driver-gutenprint, but no PPD driver is available for this printer.
The official Windows (x64 & X86) and Mac OS X driver is attached below.

Not sure how to extract the correct PPD file for this printer. Need help here.

Maybe we can extract the PPD driver from Mac OSX driver, but I don`t know how. Need some help here.

Extracting PPDs from Windows/Mac drivers does not work for non-PostScript printers, as the drivers also contain proprietary filters.

If Epson does not provide Linux drivers for this model, as they do for many other printers, you are out of luck.

Another possibility to get your printer to work is to check whether it allows driverless printing. In this case a print queue would get automatically set up in Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty). This is usually only available on very recent models with network (Ethernet or WiFi) support.

We cannot fix anything here as the problem is simply a printer model without driver support under Linux.
